Watch this video where Grace Darling tells the story of her life, and describes the night she and her father rowed out in their tiny boat to save nine sailors. Then use the template below to create a factfile about Grace Darling's life.

3. Maths 

Complete the worksheet 'find a half'. Then choose some number cards (minimum 4) and find half of the number on the card, write the number sentence in you books. You can use objects to help you to find half.

Challenge: can you double the half to find the whole number? Try and complete 2 or more challenge cards.
