Good morning Year 6,

Happy Wednesday, I hope you all received your writing feedback yesterday. I got some great emails of leaf artwork, thank you, I’m hoping to get a gallery page together later.

Here are today’s tasks -

Extra challenge - Maths ninja challenge sheet with answers, this can be done without printing (emailed)

As it’s Wednesday, your writing task is set today and should be emailed to me by next Wednesday.

Following from your writing last week, where the disciples were called to serve others, think about how we are serving others in these extraordinary times. Write a report of some of the things people have been doing to help others in their local communities. 

I have emailed some links to good news stories you could use in your writing, or you may know of something yourself that you would like to write about. I have also emailed some handy hints on how to start this piece of writing. 

As it’s Wednesday, it’s science day and Mrs Ferryman has some new tasks for you. I have emailed everything you need for this week and the details are also on your Home Learning sheet.
