Good morning Year 6,
It’s a super, sunny Tuesday! I hope you are working your way through the new task list I sent you yesterday. I’ve received some emails with photographs of excellent work which is fantastic! Well done to you for trying really hard, all these independent study skills will be so valuable in the future. I will be emailing today with the feedback slip for the Queen Bee task so look out for that. I am looking forward to receiving your Pentecost writing later this week too.

Complete one arithmetic sheet and mark it yourself.
English-reading and spag using https://www.spag.com/ Then complete a section from your Spag revision booklet from your home learning pack. Ask someone to test you for 10 minutes using the SPAG mat.
Spag Ninja worksheet if you need something new, this can be done without printing and includes suggested answers (emailed)
Reading – Continue to update your reading journal. Today is paired reading day, can you read aloud to someone?
Complete an activity from you Art Challenge booklet.
New art project with all details have been emailed. We will be looking at art in nature, using natural materials. We will learn about the work of Andy Goldsworthy before practising our sketching skills to create leaf pictures. You only need some leaves, a pencil and paper for this activity, but you can use other materials if you have them. I would love to see photos of your work!
