Religious Education

We follow the 'Come & See' Religious Education programme across the whole school. RE is given a minimum of 10% curriculum teaching time and this is supplemented with class liturgy/worship, key stage & whole school assemblies and celebration of Mass.

Our approach to the teaching and learning of RE is in line with our school policy of providing a variety of creative opportunities for all children to acquire knowledge and skills then use and apply these to enhance and deepen their learning. Across the term in RE lessons, children will use and apply a variety of cross-curricular skills including literacy, art, drama/role play, ICT/Computing.
